ORGANIC SHAPE is an original and unique light sculpture, created by Renata Giannelli in 2026 .

The work is born from a free and irregular weave of fired iron wires , shaped by hand and covered partly with hemp pulp and partly with fragments of handmade papers sewn together by the artist . The deliberately irregular and dynamic structure conveys the image of a form in constant transformation, suspended between organic matter and natural structure.

Inside the sculpture are 120 warm LED lights that, passing through the weave of the threads and the surface of the paper, generate a refined interplay of transparencies, shadows, and volumes . The light doesn't simply illuminate the sculpture, but becomes an integral part of it, highlighting the texture of the paper, the delicacy of the fibers, and the interweaving of the metal structure.

The interaction between matter, light, and space transforms the work into a shifting presence: when lit, it reveals an almost evanescent and enveloping dimension, while the structure and its reliefs emerge through the contrast between solids and voids. Light thus becomes a tool for exploring matter and creating a continuous dialogue between what is visible and what remains hidden.

Organic Form is a unique piece , entirely handmade by the artist, and measures 40 × 40 cm , with a depth of 18 cm .

The work is shipped carefully protected in jute packaging as in the presentation photo, in rigid packaging and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity .
